Sebastian Bach court case put over to Dec 21

The Peterborough Examiner reports that the case against Sebastian Bach was briefly addressed in court Tuesday.

His lawyers received disclosure and the case was put over to December 21.

Peterborough city police charged Bach, 42, with assault, possession of marijuana and mischief after an incident at Riley's Olde Town Pub shortly after midnight on November 15.

He was charged under his given name Sebastian Bierk.

After he was granted bail in Peterborough on Nov. 15, Bach was transferred to Toronto police on an outstanding mischief charge from 2004. The charge was withdrawn the following day in court in Toronto.

Bach was not in the Peterborough court on Tuesday.

Bach grew up in Peterborough and now lives in New Jersey.
