VIDEO: Alice Cooper rocks the Revolver Golden Gods Awards

It’s been quite a 2011 for Alice Cooper.

On March 14, the shock-rock legend was inducted into the Rock & Roll Hall Of Fame, something Alice had patiently waited years to happen.

Wednesday, Cooper received the Golden God Award at the third annual Revolver Golden Gods Awards, which happened at Club Nokia in Downtown Los Angeles; the honor is given to someone each year who embodies the spirit of hard rock and metal.

The original Alice Cooper band — rhythm guitarist Michael Bruce, bassist Dennis Dunaway, drummer Neal Smith, plus Steve Hunter standing-in for the late Glen Buxton — played their first L.A. show in nearly 40 years, rocking a four-song set: "Eighteen," "Under My Wheels," "Billion Dollar Babies" and "School's Out."
