VIDEO: Ted Nugent rocks Catch Scratch Fever on Huckabee

It was one of those moments where people will remember where they were when they heard the news: Osama Bin Laden is dead.

Everyone will have a story to pass down through generations to come, including famed American patriot Ted Nugent.

“I was on an airplane, a commercial flight, coming back from the annual NRA convention, where I was already drunk on freedom, and I got a text,” says Ted. “One of my buddies went, ‘we killed him! He’s dead!’ I was the first guy to get it, so I stood up on the plane and went ‘Osama Bin Laden is dead! We killed him’ And, of course, everyone goes ‘that’s just Nugent, he probably just likes to say that.’ And everybody rejoiced. It was an uproarious celebration because we know that when good wins over evil, it’s perfect, and that was a perfect maneuver.”

Nugent launches his I Still Believe Tour on June 25 in Green River, Wyoming, playing across the States all summer.
