The Led Zeppelin guitarist wasn’t kidding, as he’s been popping up at random shows to sit in on the action.
Early last month, Page joined Donovan at the Royal Albert Hall for a couple of songs and, Wednesday night, Jimmy joined The Black Crowes in London.
Page hooked up with the Crowes at the Shepherd's Bush Empire and joined them for the Elmore James blues classic, "Shake Your Money Maker," which also served as the title of the band’s 1990 debut (although the song itself was not included).
The guitar icon previously joined the Crowes in the fall of 1999 for a two-night stand in LA to perform Zeppelin and blues standards, which resulted in the “Live At The Greek” release.
