Preview Duff McKagan’s autobiography

The new Duff McKagan autobiography, “It’s So Easy (And Other Lies),” hits stores October 4, but fans can check out an early preview now.

How about digging through the first 80 pages...is that enough for you to sink your teeth into?

That’s 9 chapters of material (10 if you count the prologue), starting with a seemingly innocent party for his 13-year old daughter, which leads to thoughts and stories of Duff’s own behavior at that age; next thing you know, you’re knee deep in Guns N’ Roses, touring, junkies, crack…and the ride begins.

Duff is helping launch the project with a series of book-signing events, starting on release day with an appearance in New York City; most of the stores are on either the East or West coast of the US, with a noticeable stop in Minneapolis, home to some of Duff’s favorite punk bands.
