VIDEO: Queen + Adam Lambert – Watch complete Kiev concert

Queen teamed up with Adam Lambert Saturday night to take part in the Elena Pinchuk ANTIAIDS Foundation charity concert at Maidan Nezalezhnosti (Independence Square) in Kiev, Ukraine.

The show was the largest social and cultural event of Euro 2012 and attracted hundreds of thousands of people on the main square of Ukraine and was seen by millions of viewers on TV screens throughout Ukraine and Poland.

In recognition of the importance and the charitable status of this project, the musicians who performed at the event waived their fees.

The Queen/Lambert team will play Moscow on Tuesday and follow that up with three sold-out shows at the HMV Hammersmith Apollo in London (July 11, 12 and 14).

Sad and pathetic what Brian and Roger have done to the legacy of Freddie and the band name.

Are you kidding me? I've been a Queen fan since 1977, saw them in concert, and have all their albums. Freddie would've been proud to see Adam help his bandmates carry on. Look at all the fans in the audience who agree!

awful. Looked very awkard. Please get Paul Rodgers Back!!

I am quite pleased with the outcome. Yes, I believe Freddie would be proud. A much better fit than Paul Rogers was, and I am a Paul Rogers fan. This show had great energy!

It's awesome to see Queen continue to bring their beautiful music to a new generation. Adam Lambert is an awesome fit to the band, his amazing vocals can sing these songs better than anyone. The crowd loved it and each show has sold out within minutes! These dinosaur people who are so full of self entitlement saying Queen should just stop are selfish, the music does not belong to them or to stay locked away in a dusty vault but these nay sayers should be put in there... lol.... Long Live Queen, and thank you for bring in Adam Lambert!

Queen is just keeping the music alive doing these concerts, which is absolutely amazing. Adam Lambert has a beautiful amazing voice, so just see hundreds of thousands of people in the concert, that's means people who doesn't like them are an minority insignificant.

I think Adam Lambert is the perfect fit for Queen. I have been a Queen fan for many years and I still remember exactly where I was and what I was doing when I heard of the passing of Freddie Mercury. I do believe Freddie would be proud of Adam's contribution to the band. I love this video so much I watch at least part of it every day. It is electrifying!

I applaud Roger and Brian for keeping Queen's legacy alive by asking new front men to sing with them. Not only do they bring the Queen music to a much younger generation, they have made a wise selection with Adam. Kudos!

I too applaud Roger and Brian for bringing the music of Queen to another generation. Adam Lambert was the perfect selection. He is young, theatrical with a powerful voice. My wife and I have attended many Queen concerts back when Freddie was still with us. We have watched the video of Queen + Adam Lambert and know Freddie would be proud. I can only hope they bring the show to the U.S.
