Neil is being accused of attacking a woman in a Las Vegas hotel elevator over the weekend, according to law enforcement sources.
TMZ reports that an "adult woman" has filed a misdemeanor battery complaint with the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department in which she claims Neil "pushed her in an elevator" at the Las Vegas Hilton around 9:50 p.m. on Sunday night (5).
According to TMZ, police say the matter is currently under investigation.
