Play guitar with Pavement on Jimmy Fallon

Following an 11-year “break,” indie-rockers Pavement are currently out on a reunion tour, with shows this month across the Midwestern U.S. en route to a series of NYC gigs.

If you’re a Pavement fan, and you play guitar, Jimmy Fallon’s show has the contest for you.

Fallon’s “Play Guitar With Pavement” contest is fairly self-explanatory – one winner will play guitar with the band during their September 23 appearance on the show.

Here’s what you need to know:

ASAP: Submit a video of you playing an “approved” Pavement song
SEP 08: Submission period closes
SEP 13: Online voting begins
SEP 17: Online voting ends
SEP 20: Winner announced
