It’s Robert’s first album since 2007’s much-celebrated “Raising Sand” effort with Alison Krauss.
Plant toured the US this summer with his new band, including singer Patty Griffin, Buddy Miller (guitar), Darrell Scott, Byron House (bass) and drummer Marco Giovino.
Robert played a private show in London last week to promote the record; he plays New York on September 12, followed by an appearance on Late Night With Jimmy Fallon on the 13th. European tour dates are already scheduled into December.
