U2 were on ABC’s Good Morning America show today to plug their upcoming Broadway musical, “Spider-Man: Turn Off The Dark.”

Reportedly the most expensive musical in Broadway history, the show begins its preview performances on November 14, in advance of its official December 21 launch.

It wasn’t that long ago that the talk about Spiderman was its delay due to ‘cash flow problems,’ which, on the surface, seems a little hard to believe, considering how much U2, Inc. is worth. Recent media reports estimate the show's budget to be about $60 million dollars.

Reeve Carney has the starring role in Spider-Man, playing the webbed crime-fighter and his alter-ego, Peter Parker.
