Black Country Communion cover Led Zeppelin, Deep Purple

Black Country Communion played a couple of long-awaited UK shows this past week, including the Wolverhampton Civic Hall (December 29) and London's O2 Shepherd's Bush Empire on December 30.

BCC is bassist/vocalist Glenn Hughes (Deep Purple, Black Sabbath, Trapeze), drummer Jason Bonham (Led Zeppelin), guitarist Joe Bonamassa and keyboardist Derek Sherinian (Dream Theater).

The band’s self-titled debut was released in late September, just prior to Bonham heading out with his "Led Zeppelin Experience" tour of North America; Hughes was also on the road much of 2010.

Given the make-up of the group’s family tree, it’s easy to understand how their setlist includes some tracks of their former bands alongside their original material.
