This is the band’s third secret club show in the past 2 weeks, following surprise gigs at Velvet Jones in Santa Barbara and the Dragonfly club in LA.
The 29-song set at The Roxy was like earlier shows: the Foos played their new album straight through before kicking into a career-spanning set.
Haven’t seen much in the way of reviews of the show, but head Foo Dave Grohl has told fans, via Twitter, to “stay tuned” for more.
“Rope” will be the first single from the new album, being released to radio on February 23.
