Foo Fighters: ‘Rope’ covered by Chase & Status

It’s still a new song and you already know it – but you’ve never heard it like this before.

UK electronic duo Chase & Status stopped by the BBC Radio 1 Live Lounge on Friday to play a couple of songs, including a very different take on the new Foo Fighters track, “Rope.”

Hosted by Fearne Cotton, the standard format for the Live Lounge show features musicians performing one song of their own and one by another artist, both done in an acoustic format.

Appearing on the show to promote their latest album, “No More Idols,” Chase & Status performed their new single, “Time,” before launching into the Foo Fighters song.

It’s pretty wild – check it out…
