VIDEO: Eddie Vedder – Can’t Keep

Eddie Vedder’s new solo release, “Ukulele Songs,” is out today.

The disc features a collection of original material and covers performed by Vedder on ukulele.

A new video for the album's opening track, “Can’t Keep,” has surfaced; the song originally appeared on Pearl Jam’s 2002 release, “Riot Act.”

Having recently completed a short tour of Australia, Eddie gets set to do a month-long US tour, which kicks off June 15th in Providence, Rhode Island and wraps up on July 15th at Seattle’s Benaroya Hall. Special guest Glen Hansard (The Swell Season, The Frames) will join Vedder on the road.

Also released today is “Water on the Road,” a live-concert DVD directed by Brendan Canty of Fugazi and Christoph Green featuring performances from Vedder’s August 16th and 17th 2008 solo shows at Washington, D.C.'s Warner Theatre. The DVD features a live performance of "You're True" from Ukulele Songs as well as a mix of Pearl Jam catalog, covers and songs from Vedder’s critically acclaimed, award-winning solo record, “Into The Wild.”
