VIDEO: Sebastian Bach runs to the top of the Hollywood sign

If you try to keep up with a very active Sebastian Bach – in person or on twitter – you’ll know he is very serious about his running.

“I have made running a constant in my life,” tweeted Bach. “With all the travelling I do, I am alone a lot & running can be a great friend sometimes.”

Last week, Bach hooked up with a group called Hard Rock Runners and they headed to the Hollywood hills.

“After headbanging to Sebastian's new (unreleased) album in his car - release date September of this year- we headed out onto the trails from the Observatory in Griffith Park to the Hollywood Sign,” wrote Eric Skelly of the HRR, who posted a video of the trip. “Sebastian was jamming to his new tunes while we ran the paved roads, dirt fire trails and single track terrain.... Rocking Out to some Heavy Metal music. Running Rocks my Friends and so does Sebastian!!!”

Bach’s new album is now complete, as the rocker tweeted on Saturday:

“Today was a day years in the making. After meeting Nick Sterling, working for over a year on the new music, recording the record with Bob Marlette, yesterday we finally Mastered the record. Today I listened to the whole CD , mastered with precision by Tom Baker at Precision Mastering, & I must say that I could not be happier. The production is of such quality, the CD is immensely listenable due to the hi quality sound & tones. Yes we rock hard as a band but audiophiles will dig this CD for sound quality alone! This is the kind of CD you put on to test your home theatre system with. I am so lucky to work with such pros & I cannot wait for you all to hear this!! Feels amazing to have it done, now what do I do till September ? Maybe we will start on the next one haha !!”
