The lead single from the Cars 2 soundtrack is “You Might Think” by The Cars – only the film version is performed by Weezer. The modern rockers turn the clock back to 1984 for the hit from “Heartbeat City.”
The bulk of the Cars 2 soundtrack has been composed by Michael Giacchino, but in addition to Weezer, there’s songs by Brad Paisley and Robbie Williams, Bénabar and Perfume.
