VIDEO: Nikki Sixx attacks fan filming Motley Crue show

At Maryland’s Outlaw Jam on the weekend, Motley Crue’s Nikki Sixx pulled an Axl Rose (circa St. Louis, 1991) and jumped into the crowd to stop a fan from filming the concert.

The Day Tripper reports Sixx jumped off the stage into the crowd and attacked a fan with a professional-style camera. The band stopped playing while security guards came out, pulled Sixx back onto the stage and they removed a large, professional-style camera and its owner from the crowd.

“Taking care of f**king business!” shouted Tommy Lee after Sixx was pulled back onto the stage with his Crue mates.

The incident happened at the end of “Saints Of Los Angeles”; if you watch the video of that song, you can see Sixx is clearly pissed off, telling someone side stage “I’m going in” (at 2:37 mark) before the song ended and he leaped into the crowd.

Axl Rose pulled a similar stunt in St. Louis back in 1991, when a fan was videotaping the show; Rose jumped into the crowd and confiscated the camera before quitting the concert and walking off the stage – fans rioted and dozens of people were injured.
