Ozzy Osbourne: Health tips, part 5

“Dr. Ozzy's Seven-Day Guide To Better Living” hits day 5; Ozzy continues to share tips as part of a week-long series to promote his new book, “Trust Me, I’m Dr. Ozzy.”

The book is a collection of the best of his health advice columns from Rolling Stone (U.S.) and the Sunday Times (U.K.), with some additional material thrown in.

Here’s Ozzy’s better-living tip #5:

“Make sure to buy ‘lil gifts for your partner at unexpected moments so when you forget a birthday, you'll get less of a bollocking.”

Some might not be familiar with the English term ‘bollocking,’ but let’s just say that it’s one of things that you’ll know if/when it happens.
