Ozzy Osbourne’s health tips, part 2

Another health tip from Ozzy Osbourne.

Y’know, he’s not a real doctor, but he plays for magazines, papers and publishers alike: his new book, “Trust Me, I’m Dr. Ozzy,” is a health advice collection of the best of his columns from Rolling Stone (U.S.) and the Sunday Times (U.K.), with some additional material thrown in.

Ozzy launched the project at an in-store signing in Huntington Beach, California on Tuesday evening.

The rock legend is doing a week-long series called “Dr. Ozzy's Seven-Day Guide To Better Living.”

Yesterday, Dr. Ozzy offered us better-living tip #2:

“If you write to Dr. Ozzy to ask if something is right or wrong...you know it's wrong.”
