VIDEO: Bruce Springsteen helps Sting celebrate 60

Sting celebrated turning 60 with a special birthday party/concert at New York’s Beacon Theatre Saturday night.

The former Police-man was joined by an array of guests, including Bruce Springsteen, Billy Joel, Lady Gaga, Stevie Wonder, Herbie Hancock, Will.i.am and Rufus Wainwright.

Throughout the evening, the special guests performed covers of both Sting and Police songs.

NJ.com reports Springsteen performed Sting's "Hung My Head" and "Fields of Gold”; Sting then joined Bruce to play "Can't Stand Losing You."

The show’s finale was "Every Breath You Take" with all of the evening's artists.

The event marked both Sting’s 60th birthday and his 25th year as a solo artist; the night raised $3.7 million for the Robin Hood Foundation, an organization that fights poverty in New York City.
