The Darkness announce North American tour

UK rockers The Darkness reunited in 2011 to play their first shows in five years.

After two albums, the band went into a downward spiral, including singer Justin Hawkins, who went into rehab to deal with cocaine and alcohol issues.

The Darkness spent time earlier this year playing shows in its native U.K. and overseas, including stops in Sweden, Spain, Japan, and Italy.

Now, Billboard reports the group will tour North America for the first time since 2004, beginning February 1 at the Phoenix Concert Theatre in Toronto.
