The Rolling Stones rehearsing for Saturday Night Live appearance?


Rolling Stones frontman Mick Jagger will host and perform on the May 19 season finale of "Saturday Night Live."

The Daily Mirror reports the Stones have been rehearsing secretly in New York, prompting rumors that the band will make a surprise appearance on the program.

The Stones have reportedly been practicing a series of classics, including “Jumping Jack Flash,” “Tumbling Dice” and “Miss You.”

The UK paper also reports the band have been working on scheduling European dates next summer for their 50th Anniversary tour.

The Stones appeared on SNL back in 1978; check out footage of their rehearsal below.
