VIDEO: Metallica drummer talks Orion Music + More festival


Metallica are currently rocking fans across Europe as they play a series of festival dates.

Later this month, Metallica launch their own festival, “Orion Music + More.”

The band’s inaugural festival happens June 23-24 at Bader Field in Atlantic City, New Jersey.

In addition to more than 30 artist on the two-day bill, Orion will feature Kirk’s Crypt, a showcase of guitarist Kirk Hammett's passion for all things horror - vintage film posters, movie props, collectables and more; Ktulu's Rock 'N' Roll Emporium, a marketplace with dozens of vendors selling memorabilia; and, the Orion Custom Car + Motorcycle Show, curated by frontman James Hetfield, set to feature over 300 of the best Customs, Hot Rods, Muscle Cars and Custom Motorcycles on display inside the festival grounds throughout the weekend.

Metallica drummer Lars Ulrich took a break while on tour in Madrid, Spain to talk about how the European tour is going so far, and how they are getting ready for their Orion festival.
