Rush: Clockwork Angels book launch events announced

The world premiere book launch of “Clockwork Angels: The Novel,” by Colorado-based sci-fi author Kevin J. Anderson and Rush drummer/lyricist Neil Peart has been announced.

Anderson will be on hand for a signing session at the Richmond and John Chapters (142 John Street) in Toronto, Ontario, Canada on Thursday, August 23 at 7:00 p.m.

“I'll be in Toronto as a guest at Fan Expo throughout the weekend, but this event — open to the general public — will be the first time the novel is available for sale,” writes Anderson on his blog. “I will give a talk, answer questions, and autograph books… lots of them, I hope!”

The following week, Anderson will host a signing session at DragonCon in Atlanta, Georgia on Friday, August 31.

ECW Press recently announced two very special, limited editions of “Clockwork Angels: The Novel.”

The Silver Edition, slipcased and autographed by authors Kevin J. Anderson and Rush drummer/lyricist Neil Peart, will be available in a limited edition of 300 copies. It will be available for $74.95 from ECW Press and

The Gold Edition, slipcased and signed by both authors, is accompanied by a lithograph image from the book, signed by artist Hugh Syme, and a unique autographed page of the original Clockwork Angels manuscript. The Gold and Silver editions of "Clockwork Angels: The Novel" were available for preorder on Friday, July 27, at 10 AM ET, while quantities last. Special editions will ship on August 31.

The standard edition of “Clockwork Angels: The Novel” will be published September 1.
