Soundgarden reveal new album title, preview new song

Soundgarden have revealed the title of their new album will be “King Animal.”

The band’s first studio release since 1996's “Down On The Upside” is tentatively due November 13.

The Seattle rockers also shared a preview of “Worse Dreams,” one of the new tracks on the project.

In the upcoming August 30 issue of Rolling Stone, guitarist Kim Thayil talks about the project, saying "It re-establishes that we still rock, we're still heavy, and we're still a little weird."

Earlier this year, Soundgarden released “Live To Rise,” the band’s first new song in 15 years, as part of the soundtrack for the film, "Marvel's The Avengers."
