The Who announce opening act for first leg of North American tour

The Who will begin a North American tour November 1 in Sunrise, FL.

The trip, which marks the band’s first dates on the continent in four years, will see the group - featuring founding members Roger Daltrey and Pete Townshend - perform their iconic 1973 double album “Quadrophenia” in its entirety, along with a selection of Who classics.

The Who have announced Los Angeles band Vintage Trouble as the support act for the first leg of the arena tour, including shows running from November 1 to December 9.

The Who will release “The Who Live In Texas ‘75” on DVD on October 9. The concert was filmed at The Summit in Houston on November 20, 1975, at the start of a massive US tour to promote “The Who By Numbers,” the band’s seventh album. Preview video from the new package here.
