Led Zeppelin: Celebration Day scores US Top 10 debut

Led Zeppelin’s new live package, “Celebration Day,” has debuted in the US Top 10.

According to Billboard, the album landed at #9 on the Billboard 200 chart with opening week sales of 101,000 copies.

"Celebration Day" is Led Zeppelin's 13th top 10 album and first since the greatest hits set "Mothership" debuted and peaked at #7 in December of 2007.

The project captures the reunited band in concert at London’s O2 Arena on December 10, 2007, when they headlined a tribute concert for dear friend and Atlantic Records founder Ahmet Ertegun.

What followed was a two-hour-plus tour de force of the band’s signature blues-infused rock ’n’ roll that instantly became part of the legend of Led Zeppelin.
