Metallica have issued the following update:
The holidays are over and we're gearing up for a busy 2013 starting with some additions to the summer tour schedule.
This time it's not the usual European vacation... we're off to Japan for the Summer Sonic Festival!
Look for us as the headliners on Saturday, August 10 in Tokyo at the QVC Marine Field and on Sunday, August 11 in Osaka at Maishima Summer Sonic Site.
Ticket on-sale dates and other information will be coming shortly and in the meantime you can go to www.summersonic.com/2013 for more info.
