PR Web reports Freddy Hernandez’ lawsuit alleges that on July 7, 2012, Tommy Lee was at a public beach in Palm Beach County, Florida; Hernandez was also a visitor at the same beach, taking pictures of Mr. Lee.
The lawsuit alleges that Lee touched and/or struck Hernandez without his permission, by hitting his camera, while the photographer was holding said camera - as a result, Mr. Hernandez suffered injuries.
Lee and Motley Crue are currently on an Australian tour opening for KISS.
