Rush to donate portion of Canadian ticket sales to music charity



Rush are stepping up on the upcoming Clockwork Angels tour dates in their Canadian homeland to help support fellow musicians in need.

The band will be donating $1 from each ticket sold at the 5 Canadian dates to the Unison Benevolent Fund, a non-profit charitable organization that provides counselling, emergency relief, and benefit programs for those in the Canadian music community who face personal or professional challenges due to hardship, illness, unemployment or economic difficulties.

Rush’s summer Canadian dates include:

Jul 6 - Hamilton, ON - Copp's Coliseum
Jul 12 & 14 - Halifax, NS - Metro Centre
Jul 24 - Calgary, AB - Scotiabank Saddledome
Jul 26 - Vancouver, BC - Rogers Arena

The Clockwork Angels tour continues this week with shows in Saratoga Spirngs, NY (Tue), Tinley Park, IL (Fri) and Grand Rapids, MI (Sun).
