Tom Petty unveils cover artwork for new album Hypnotic Eye

Tom Petty and The Heartbreakers have unveiled the cover artwork for their forthcoming new album, “Hypnotic Eye.”

Due July 29, the project will be available in CD, digital, high resolution Blu-ray audio and vinyl formats. The vinyl will be available as 1-LP or as 2-LPs inclusive of an additional track not available in any other format.

“Hypnotic Eye”
is the band’s first new studio album in four years.

“I knew I wanted to do a rock ‘n’ roll record,” Petty recently told Rolling Stone. “We hadn’t made a straight, hard-rocking record, from beginning to end, in a long time.”

A North American tour with Steve Winwood begins August 3rd in San Diego, California.
