Slash reveals his thoughts on his writing processes and favorite tracks from his forthcoming album, “World On Fire”, in the latest edition of the new online series, “Ask Slash & Myles.”
Due September 16, the project is the guitarist’s third solo effort, following 2010’s self-titled album and 2012’s “Apocalyptic Love” release.
Next week, Slash wraps up his North America dates with Aerosmith as part of the Let Rock Rule tour, which wraps up September 9 in Clarkston, Michigan.
Slash will then turn his attention to launching “World On Fire” while also celebrating the Guitar Center’s 50th anniversary with a series of three concerts in Hollywood’s most legendary clubs.
The rocker will play shows at The Troubadour (Sep 23), The Roxy (Sep 25) and The Whisky (Sep 26).
