Gregg Allman has announced dates for a summer tour.
Shows begin with an appearance at the Riverbend Festival in Chattanooga, TN, on June 12 and wind up in Saratoga Springs, NY on September 4.
The final leg of the tour will include shows with The Doobie Brothers.
The summer trek include a pair of European shows: an Amsterdam date on July 24 and a performance at the Ramblin’ Man Fair in Maidstone Kent, UK on July 26.
Allman's touring band has been receiving raves from around the world, and features guitarist Scott Sharrard, Peter Levin on keys, drummer Steve Potts, percussionist Marc Quinones, Ron Johnson on bass and horn players Jay Collins, Art Edmaiston and Marc Franklin.
News of the summer tour comes as Allman launched his spring US tour this past week.
