Robert Plant announces North American tour

Robert Plant has announced dates for an early summer tour of North America.

Plant will play shows in support of his latest album, “lullaby and...The Ceaseless Roar”, starting May 24 at the Sasquatch Festival in George, WA, with dates running to June 17 in Philadelphia.

The Pixies and JD McPherson will individually open select dates on the run.

Tickets will go on sale Friday, March 20 at 10am ET via Each ticket to the non-festival shows will include a CD of “lullaby...”

Plant will release a live EP entitled “More Roar” as part of Record Store Day 2015 on April 18.

The 10” EP will be available as limited edition run of 10,000 copies and feature three performances from his recent world tour.

“More Roar” will include live versions of “Turn It Up”, “Arbaden”, “Poor Howard” and a revamped version of the Led Zeppelin classic, “Whole Lotta Love.”
