VIDEO: Rob Zombie previews new album

Rob Zombie will release his latest album, “The Electric Warlock Acid Witch Satanic Orgy Celebration Dispenser”, in early 2016.

The rocker has revealed the cover art and a video preview of the project, and will unveil more details on January 11.

The follow-up to 2013’s “Venomous Rat Regeneration Vendor” has been in production while Zombie worked on his latest horror film “31.”

“The record is done,” Zombie told Loudwire in August. “We finished it and it’ll probably come out in March because what I want to do is I want to do a very large visual component to go on the record — shoot 13 videos or shoot a movie to go along with it. Because of 31, I couldn’t get to that, so I’m gonna do that in January and put it out soon after that.

“I kind of got re-inspired on the last record and this really follows up on it,”
he adds. “Much like 31, you have those moments in your career where they can’t all be the best one, but sometimes you have those moments where this one is special and that’s how it feels.”

In 2013, Zombie’s “Venomous Rat Regeneration Vendor” debuted at No. 7 on the US Billboard 200 with first-week sales of 34,000.
