David Lee Roth launches new website

David Lee Roth has made his return online with the launch of a new website.

The Van Halen frontman’s social media sites went dark at the end of January 2015 without explanation, just days before Van Halen announced plans to release “Tokyo Dome Live In Concert.”

Roth returned on February 7 with a new home at davidleeroth.net, with links to his Facebook and Twitter accounts.

“D-Ro in the house, yo,” posted Roth. “Peace, love, & concussions to all #SB50”

As part of the launch, the singer is also debuting a new episode of his web series The Roth Show – click the “Hit Me” button on his website here.

Roth and Van Halen released their first live album together in 2015, and supported the project with a 3-month summer tour of North America.

The rocker could be heard during Sunday’s Super Bowl broadcast as Van Halen provided the soundtrack for a commercial for the 2017 Acura NSX high-end sports car.

The ad featured Roth’s isolated vocals along with instrumental segments of “Runnin’ With The Devil”, the second single issued from Van Halen’s groundbreaking 1978 self-titled debut album.
