Bad Company and Joe Walsh announce US tour

Bad Company and Joe Walsh are teaming up for the “One Hell Of A Night” US tour this summer.

Set to begin in Dallas, TX on May 12, the trek will see the co-headliners rotate the headlining spot at each show.

"I had always hoped that we would do something together and so here we are 30 years later finally touring together,” says Bad Company lead singer Paul Rodgers. “It has taken us this long so I wouldn't miss this. Unless you want to wait 30 more years for our next tour in 2046!!! There is only one Joe Walsh, he is such a unique person and an uber talented singer, songwriter and musician."

“I have a huge amount of respect for Paul of course and the band and we get along great,” adds Walsh. “Paul and I agreed it would be a hell of an evening of music, one that will be memorable for everyone who comes, and memorable for us, and that’s important in this day and age.”

Pre-sale tickets in select markets for American Express or Citi cardmembers – and fan club members – begins March 8 at 10 a.m. local time; special VIP ticket packages that include a meet-and-greet will also be available.

General public seats will go on sale either March 11 or 12, depending on venue, primarily at 10 a.m. local time.

Specific ticket information — such as exact on-sale dates and times, and which pre-sale offer is available in which city — is available at joewalsh.com

On April 29, Bad Company will release a pair of classic 1970s-era concerts via the 2CD set “Live In Concert 1977 & 1979.” The project delivers two previously unreleased live recordings: a 1977 show in Houston, TX and a 1979 performance at The Empire Pool in London (now known as Wembley Arena).

Walsh performed a series of North American dates last fall after wrapping up an extensive run with The Eagles on the “History Of The Eagles” tour.
