Robert Plant and the Sensational Space Shifters are streaming a performance of his 1983 single, “In The Mood,” as a preview to this weekend’s broadacst premiere of his appearance on the acclaimed PBS series Austin City Limits.

Recorded in March at the end of Plant’s Southern Journey tour of the American South, the hour-long set mixes tunes from 2014’s “lullaby and... The Ceaseless Roar” alongside covers of songs by Willie Dixon, Joan Baez and Bukka White, and revamped versions of Led Zeppelin classics like “Black Dog”, “The Lemon Song” and “Rock And Roll.”

The performance marked Plant’s return to Austin City Limits for the first time in more than a decade.

Robert Plant on Austin City Limits will air this weekend via PBS; check local listings for the broadcast time in your area.

Plant is taking a break from recording the new Sensational Space Shifters record to perform on select dates across North America as part of the current Lampedusa: Concerts for Refugees tour.

The rocker joins Emmylou Harris, Steve Earle, Patty Griffin, Buddy Miller, The Milk Carton Kids and more for the two-week trek to help raise funds for educational programs for refugees around the world.
