Ozzy Osbourne announces 2019 North American tour with Megadeth

Ozzy Osbourne has announced a series of summer 2019 North American concert dates as part of his ongoing farewell tour.

Joined by thrash metal veterans Megadeth, the rocker will begin the two-month run of amphitheaters and arenas in Atlanta, GA on May 29.

Osbourne recently-postponed four fall shows to deal with surgery on an infection in his right hand; the rescheduled dates will appear at the end of the summer trek in late July.

A Citi card members presale runs Tuesday, November 6 at 10:00AM local time until Thursday, November 8 at 10:00 PM local time through Citi’s Private Pass program, with general public tickets available starting Friday, November 9 at 10:00 AM local time.

Osbourne’s three-year No More Tours 2 run – which celebrates five decades of music since the 1970 release of Black Sabbath’s self-titled debut album – will mark the end of global touring for the legendary rocker by the time it wraps up in 2020, although he plans to continue to perform select live shows in the future.

Ozzy will headline a New Year’s Eve edition of Ozzfest at The Forum in Los Angeles, CA on Monday, December 31; the first-ever, special one-night edition of his annual festival will see performances by Rob Zombie, Marilyn Manson, Korn’s Jonathan Davis and Body Count featuring Ice-T, among others.

The world tour will resume in Dublin, Ireland in late January when Ozzy will be joined on the road by guests Judas Priest.
