Paul Stanley of KISS recovering from shoulder surgery

KISS frontman Paul Stanley is recovering from recent shoulder surgery.

“SHOULDER SURGERY TODAY!,” tweeted Stanley on December 15. “How many show related surgeries have I had?? I lost count at EIGHT!! Was it worth it?!? ABSOLUTELY! Judge the value of what of you have by what you sacrificed to achieve that goal. This was a joy-filled BARGAIN.”

Currently on a break from their End Of The Road farewell tour, KISS will resume the series in Australia next March.

Last month, KISS released a 45th Anniversary Super Deluxe Edition of their 1976 album, “Destroyer.”

Produced by Bob Ezrin, the band’s fourth studio set featured instant classics like “Detroit Rock City,” “Shout It Out Loud,” “God Of Thunder” and their highest-charting US hit, “Beth.”

You can stream the full Super Deluxe Edition of “Destroyer” here.

KISS delivered the Rock News Story Of The Year and were named the No. 2 Rock News Artist Of The Year as part of the 2021 hennemusic Rock News Awards.
