Nirvana preview In Utero reissues with Dumb visualizer video

Nirvana is previewing the upcoming series of 30th anniversary reissues of its 1993 album, “In Utero”, with a visualizer video for “Dumb.”

The new quasi-psychedelic clip was directed and created by RuffMercy from hand-painted Super 8mm film performed by Nirvana.

Due October 27, the anniversary series highlights the Seattle group’s third studio album, which was produced by Steve Albini and recorded over the course of six days in February 1993 at Pachyderm Studio in Cannon Falls, MN.

Originally launched with the lead single, “Heart-Shaped Box”, “In Utero” would go on to mark Nirvana's first No. 1 debut on the US Billboard 200, with the set selling more than 6 million copies in the region and a total of 15 million worldwide.

The 2023 reissue series will include a limited-edition 8LP Super Deluxe box set, 5CD Super Deluxe box set, 1 LP + 10" edition, 2CD Deluxe edition, and a Digital Super Deluxe edition.
