In a newly-released video, Pearl Jam are previewing the audio of “Let The Records Play”, a track from the band’s forthcoming album, “Lightning Bolt.”
Directed by Danny Clinch, the clip (“Hatchet”) features frontman Eddie Vedder taking target practice with an axe.
Due October 15, “Lightning Bolt” was produced by Brendan O’Brien; the project marks the Seattle band’s first studio album since 2009’s “Backspacer.”
The group recently released a video for “Sirens”; the track follows the lead single, “Mind Your Manners.”
Pearl Jam will kick off a fall North American tour October 11 in Pittsburgh.
