The lineup will also see Pearl Jam's Mike McCready join the performance; he’ll also be doing double duty by performing the national anthem pregame, and will be appearing on behalf of the Washington Innocence Project, a Seahawks Spirit Of 12 partner.
Most recently, Momsen joined Soundgarden onstage for the band's 2025 Rock & Roll Hall of Fame induction, performing with the surviving members in celebration of Soundgarden's legacy and influence on rock music.
The upcoming halftime show will bring Momsen and Soundgarden together again in the band's hometown of Seattle for a special performance kicking off the NFL season.
Soundgarden disbanded following the 2017 suicide of singer Chris Cornell in Detroit, MI while on tour with the band.
