Peterborough city police charged Bach, 42, with assault, possession of marijuana and mischief after an incident at Riley's Olde Town Pub shortly after midnight on November 15.
He was charged under his given name Sebastian Bierk.
Lawyers representing the rocker still don't have all the disclosure from the Crown.
Bach, who lives in New Jersey, was not in court Tuesday.
