VIDEO: John Paul Jones joins Seasick Steve at Reading Festival

Another UK festival appearance by bluesman Seasick Steve has brought former Led Zeppelin bassist John Paul Jones out to play.

Jones joined Steve at the Reading Festival Saturday, the third UK festival show this summer where the two have performed together.

JPJ jammed with Steve at the Isle Of Wight in June, and last month, the bassist played with him at the iTunes Festival in London, along with Dead Weather bandmates Jack White and Alison Mosshart.

Jones played on Steve’s new album, “You Can’t Teach An Old Dog New Tricks,” which is being distributed by Whites’ Third Man Records in the US; elsewhere, Steve is signed to UK record label Play It Again Sam.

The Reading and Leeds Festivals are both on this weekend; the 3-day fests started Friday.
