Led Zeppelin members Robert Plant, Jimmy Page and John Paul Jones made a rare public appearance together at a London media event on Friday to promote the band’s forthcoming live set, “Celebration Day.”
Directed by Dick Carruthers, the package captures the band’s December 2007 reunion at London’s 02 Arena, which saw the three founding members joined by Jason Bonham, the son of their late drummer John Bonham, headline a tribute concert for dear friend and Atlantic Records founder Ahmet Ertegun.
The band are sharing video of the full press conference – see it below.
The film of “Celebration Day” will see a worldwide theatrical release on 1,500 screens in over 40 territories on October 17. The theatrical screenings will follow premieres in London, Los Angeles, New York, and other major cities.
“Celebration Day” will then be available in multiple video and audio formats on November 19; specific product details will be announced soon.
