Aerosmith recently released “What Could Have Been Love” as the second video from their forthcoming album, “Music From Another Dimension.”
The project marks the band's 15th studio album and their first studio collection of all-new material in 11 years.
The new song is another collaboration with frequent co-writer Marti Frederiksen.
"Marti and I had both been through divorce: Do you ever have feelings about that? Do you ever think about that?" Steven Tyler tells Rolling Stone. "It started from there: 'What could have been love, it should have been the only thing that was ever meant to be, couldn't see what was right in front of me.' So many people are getting divorced now. When you've got kids, you still love the mother a little bit. Anyone worth their soul will admit it."
To help launch the new project, Aerosmith will appear on The Late Show With David Letterman on Thursday, November 1.
The album hits stores November 6.
