Pearl Jam: Eddie Vedder joins Roger Waters at Sandy concert

Roger Waters was one of the many featured performers at the Wednesday’s 12-12-12 Sandy Relief charity concert in New York.

The former Pink Floyd bassist played a 4-song set early in the evening that included tracks from both “Dark Side Of The Moon” and “The Wall.”

Waters closed out his performance joined by special guest Eddie Vedder of Pearl Jam, who helped out on the Floyd classic, “Comfortably Numb.”

“Eddie was extraordinary,” said Waters afterwards. “I knew he was going to sing the sh*t out of it.”

All proceeds from the “12-12-12” event will benefit the Robin Hood Relief Fund, which provides money, material and know-how to local organizations that are serving families and individuals in the regions hardest hit by the storm.
