Axl Rose reportedly injured a fan during the opening night of Guns N’ Roses’ Australian tour in Perth on Saturday, and now the fan plans to take the matter to court.
Triple M reports a fan claims a microphone Rose was using was thrown into the crowd, hitting him in the face and damaging his two front teeth.
39-year old Darren Wright claims he was left bleeding and bits of tooth missing, and wants Axl Rose to pay his dental bills, with the tour promoter apologizing and offering a signed microphone from the rock star instead.
The station says they understand Wright is not interested in the peace offer, and will take the matter to court.
GNR is playing a 6-show Australian tour with ZZ Top and Rose Tattoo, which wraps up March 20 in Brisbane.
