Metallica have announced that they will play Denmark’s Roskilde Festival this summer.
The band will headline during the July 4-7 weekend; the event runs June 29-July 7.
“It's been ten long years since we've been to this classic festival and we can't wait to return,” said the band.

Before Roskilde, Metallica have another festival to deal with: this weekend, the band host the 2013 edition of their own Orion Music + More festival at Belle Isle in Detroit, MI.
